The Journey
It started with a simple belief: that coffee shouldn’t just wake you up, it should inspire you. David Steams, our founder, spent 2011 traveling through the highlands of Ethiopia and the volcanic soils of Guatemala.
He returned with a suitcase full of beans and a head full of dreams. What followed was a decade of obsession—tweaking roast profiles, hunting for the perfect water chemistry, and building a team that cares as much as he does.
